Our company’s AC series-wound motors are designed based on a universal motor topology. The stator and rotor employ high-permeability, low-loss silicon steel laminations, while the armature windings undergo precision winding followed by secondary vacuum impregnation with varnish, achieving an insulation class of F and providing ample thermal margin. The commutator surface is finished through ultra-precision turning and polishing, paired with high-copper-content brush materials, effectively suppressing commutation sparks and extending service life. The motor exhibits typical series-wound soft mechanical characteristics: high starting torque in the low-speed range, with an overload capability several times the rated value; and in the high-speed range, no-load speeds can exceed 20,000 rpm, with a wide and smooth speed-regulation range, making it suitable for diverse applications such as juice extraction and cell disruption, meat grinding and bone crushing, heavy-duty dough mixing, and other demanding operating conditions. The complete motor assembly undergoes G2.5 dynamic balancing calibration, with the root-mean-square vibration velocity kept below 1.8 mm/s, significantly reducing mechanical noise during high-speed operation. We also offer customization of voltage, speed, shaft extension geometry, and mounting interface depth, along with comprehensive performance characteristic curves and parameter-matching reports, leveraging engineering-grade data to ensure the integration accuracy and reliability of your entire system.
